USA ORDERS Flat Rate shipping is priced based on order value as follows:

• Under $40 = $5
• $40-$149.99 = $7
• $150-$299.99 = $10
• $300 and up = $14

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to 140+ countries from our California warehouse using FedEx International Connect Plus.

• Flat Rate: $25 shipping to all countries
• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days
• Delivery Window: Typically 3-5 business days, though this may vary depending on your location. Transit times can be extended due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.
  

Duties & Taxes:

• For subscription orders, duties and taxes are not collected in advance.
• In some countries, duties and taxes may not appear at checkout. If that happens, you may be asked to pay customs fees when your order is delivered.
• We recommend checking your country’s customs policies to avoid surprises at delivery.

Import duties are not applicable if you’re ordering within your own region, though you may still be responsible for local sales taxes.

DELIVERY & TIME IN TRANSIT: WeNatal ships from our warehouse in Southern California, and transit times vary depending on the destination. Typical transit times for most US orders are 3-5 business days, though welcome kits—due to the heavier weight of the glass jars—may take a little longer to arrive. Please note: Transit times are not guaranteed.

Return Policy: We want you to feel comfortable trying something new. That’s why we offer a 30-day guarantee on your first purchase of each supplement. If you try your first order and decide it’s not right for you, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase for a one-time refund on that product. Once you’ve given a product a try and decide to keep it in your routine, all later orders of that same product are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund. Bulk shipments are not returnable or refundable.

WeNatal places the highest value on customer safety and the integrity of the product. For this reason, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been shipped.

If you plan to travel, please adjust your subscription shipping dates in advance to either receive your product a week prior to your departure or to arrive after you return. This will ensure that your order is not left out where it can be exposed to inclement weather or vulnerable to theft. WeNatal cannot refund product that was damaged due to weather exposure or that was stolen from an unsecured location.

Undeliverable Products: If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to a wrong address being provided, we can offer you two options.

Option 1: We can reship the order. A $7 reshipment charge will apply.
Option 2: We can refund that shipment, minus the original shipping fee.
NOTE: Shipping is non-refundable for all orders.
