We do our best to ensure accurate product information, including ingredients, materials, descriptions, and imagery. However:

Products are supplied by third-party vendors through Shopify Collective
Colors or packaging may vary from what appears on your device

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Billing

Prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Update prices
Cancel orders with incorrect pricing (with full refund)

When placing an order, you authorize Shopify Payments or any third-party processor to charge your selected payment method.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Because we partner with multiple vendors:

Items in an order may ship separately
Shipping times may vary per vendor
Tracking information may differ depending on the supplier

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, vendors, weather, or uncontrollable events.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Healthy American Goods honors the refund and return policies of each individual vendor supplying products through Shopify Collective.

This means:

Refund eligibility, return windows, and exchange policies vary by brand/vendor
Some vendors may only accept unused/unopened items
Some vendors may not accept returns at all
Shipping fees may be non-refundable depending on the vendor

7. Third-Party Vendors & Shopify Collective

Products supplied through Shopify Collective are fulfilled directly by partnered brands. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge that:

We are a reseller and do not manufacture these items
Vendors are responsible for the quality, safety, and performance of their products
Shipping, packaging, and availability are determined by each vendor

Any disputes regarding product quality may be forwarded to the vendor.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or our services for:

Illegal or fraudulent purposes
Violating any laws or regulations
Harassing, abusing, or harming others
Uploading malware or disruptive code
Collecting data without permission
Interfering with the Site’s functionality

Violation may result in termination of your access to the Site.

You agree to use products according to vendor instructions and at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Healthy American Goods, its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your interaction with third-party vendors
