The products we offer are fulfilled directly by our brand partners, which means your order may arrive in multiple shipments. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Processing times vary by brand partner, but most items ship within 2–5 business days.

  • You will receive separate shipping confirmations if your order contains items from multiple brands.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, destination, and the shipping rates provided by each brand partner.

  • Because shipments may be sent from multiple warehouses, shipping fees may vary by item.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the location of the brand partner. Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (when available): 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be impacted by weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains products fulfilled by different brands:

  • Items may ship separately

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • Packages may arrive on different days

You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once an item ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only (if you want other regions listed, I can adjust).

  • Certain products may have restrictions due to carrier or brand policies.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier or coordinating with the brand partner.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
