Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We believe in transparency and want you to clearly understand how returns and refunds work before placing an order.
Our products are fulfilled through trusted U.S.-based brand partners. Each seller and product will have their own return policy. Please review their return policy carefully on their Product page under the Seller's Policy tab before purchasing an item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified by the brand partner.
- The item must be eligible under the brand partner’s return terms.
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return or refund.
Personal Care, Oral Care & Consumable Products
- For health and safety reasons, personal care, oral care, consumable, and wellness products are not eligible for return or refund once opened or used, including any product with a broken or removed safety seal.
- Individual sensitivities and allergic reactions may occur and do not qualify an opened or used product for return or refund.
How Returns Are Processed
- If your return is approved, the return will be sent directly to the brand partner that fulfilled your order, not to our warehouse.
- All returns require approval before being sent back
- If approved, we will provide:
- The correct return address
- Any required shipping instructions
Returns sent without approval or to an incorrect address may not be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the brand partner explicitly offers free returns. Please refer to the Seller's Policy for clarification.
- We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only after the brand partner receives and inspects the returned item
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will work directly with the brand partner to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, a new order may be placed separately.
Policy Enforcement
All return and refund decisions are made in accordance with this policy and the applicable brand partner’s terms. Once a decision has been communicated, it is final.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to follow our return and refund process before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Chargebacks submitted in violation of this policy may be disputed using order records, delivery confirmation, brand partner documentation, and this policy.
