Defective or Damaged Items

We will request validation from our supplier. If approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Any replacement shipping costs will be covered if the supplier agrees.
Order Cancellation (Before Shipping)

You may cancel your order before it is shipped to receive a full refund.

Once the item is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Non-Defective / Change of Mind Returns

Returns for change of mind, wrong choice, or other non-defective reasons are not accepted, unless the supplier expressly allows them.

If the supplier refuses a legitimate return or becomes unresponsive, we reserve the right to step in and issue a refund to you.
