We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return policy, which works in coordination with our suppliers and their respective return terms.

Because our products are fulfilled through brand partners, our return process may differ depending on the item you purchased. Please review the information below before requesting a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise specified by the brand partner.

  • Some products may be final sale, including personal care items, perishables, and custom orders. Any final-sale designation will be noted on the product page.

How Returns Work

  • Returns are sent directly back to the brand that fulfilled your order, not to our warehouse.

  • Once your return request is submitted, we will provide:

    • The brand’s return approval

    • The correct return address

    • Any shipping instructions

  • Returns sent to the wrong location may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the brand partner offers free returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the brand receives and inspects the returned item.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will coordinate directly with the brand to replace or refund the item.

Exchanges

Because inventory is managed by each brand partner, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. A new order may be placed once your return is approved.
