Domestic Shipping: Purchased items will ship from our Austin, Texas location within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via UPS Ground. After leaving our shop, your order will typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping: Slow North ships orders to all 50 states in the United States, U.S Territories, and Canada. Shipping methods and fees will be indicated at check-out. We are not responsible for import duty charges that may incur at customs.

• What to Provide: Email us with your order number, description of the damage, and photos of both the inside and outside of the package.

Missing or Stolen Packages

• We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re scanned by the carrier.

• Contact the Carrier: Reach out if your package is marked as delivered but missing.
• Safe Delivery: Consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive your delivery.
