Powerful Plant-Based Formula | Coconut-based and plant-based cleansers catch excess oils off the coat and remove dirt, grime, and other residues. These cleansers help to remove malodors without stripping the coat- unlike conventional pet shampoos. This shampoo helps soften and deodorize your pet's coat, leaving them clean and moisturized; rather than stripped, dry, and agitated like other pet products can.

Gentle Cleansing | Our PH balanced, plant-based formula is especially gentle on both the fur and skin, making this Shampoo more suitable for pets that are sensitive or easily irritated. Being free of the harsh chemicals found in most products additionally helps to retain the natural hydration of your pet's coat, as well as reducing dryness and flakiness.

How to use

Brush pet’s coat to loosen debris and tangles. Wet them with lukewarm water.

Apply shampoo and then massage into a lather.

Let suds sit for a few minutes for thicker coats or as needed.

Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until no more suds appear on hands or in pet’s coat.

Condition with our Pet Conditioner.

Gently dry pet in a towel.

This product is 100% biodegradable, septic & greywater-safe. Caution: Keep out of eyes, ears, and mouth. Avoid ingestion.

Ingredients

High-Purity Water • charcoal-filtered, reverse osmosis, UV-sanitized

Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine • Naturally derived from coconut, palm-free, it is a biodegradable conditioning agent for hair and skin with high foaming and mild chemistry.

Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate • This mild-surfactant helps grab oil, dirt, and grease. It is also derived from coconuts, palm-free and is biodegradable.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine • Naturally derived from coconut and palm-free. It is an environmentally friendly, high-foaming, and biodegradable surfactant with mild chemistry.

Vegetable Glycerin (glycerin) • Derived from vegetables. It is biodegradable and helps the
plant surfactants do their job. Food-grade & USP kosher.

Decyl Glucoside • A plant-derived, biodegradable surfactant. It is mild and
safe for sensitive skin.

Caprylyl Capryl Glucoside • A plant-based surfactant that increases lather potential with mild chemistry for sensitive skin.

Polysorbate 20 • Plant-based surfactant that helps stabilize the formula when
adding essential oils or phthalate-free fragrances. Biodegradable. Kosher.
Food-Grade. 100% Dioxane-free.

Sodium Chloride • Salt

Sodium Benzoate & Potassium Sorbate • Food-grade preservatives that are used sparingly to prevent bacteria from growing in the container.

Caprylyl Glycol & Phenoxyethanol • Safe preservatives which are used sparingly to prevent bacteria from growing in container.

Seller's Policy

Average shipping costs: $12 flat shipping on US orders.

Return Policy: We want our customers to be happy. Products that are no longer wanted may be returned in new, unopened condition within 30 days of receipt.

When returning items, please clearly write your order number on the outside of the box. If you have the original packing slip, please include it inside the box so we can quickly associate the return with your account.

Return Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item is received, it will be inspected. Upon approval, a refund will be issued for the product price, minus the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking/processing fee to cover credit card transaction fees.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded

If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If it is lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Having tracking or insurance greatly facilitates the claim process.

Please allow 1–2 business weeks for your return to reach us. Using a carrier with tracking and insurance is the safest way to ensure your return is received and protected.

Refunding | Canceling Orders: If you would like to cancel or request a refund for an order before it has shipped, contact customer care. We will provide a full refund minus 3%, which is retained to cover the cost of our payment processing provider’s service fee.
