Starting in your third trimester, massage perineum with this oil 2-3 times a week leading up to the birth of your baby. Continue to use postpartum to help speed up recovery. Perineum Massage is a technique which tones the skin and tissues around the perineum, helping to reduce the risk of tearing during birth and the need for an episiotomy.

Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo documentation. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Opened or Used Products:
