Our cuts come from our pasture-raised and 100% grass-fed Authentic American Bison™. Processing and dry-aging occur in a local USDA-inspected facility to ensure maximum quality. Each bison steak is vacuum-sealed in heavy-duty, food-safe plastic that prevents freezer burn and helps maintain its moisture and richness.

Seller's Policy

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Costs: All frozen boxes ship with no additional shipping charge. For non-frozen items, most boxes include free shipping. Items available for individual purchase may incur an additional shipping charge on orders under $70.

Frozen Products Monday is our primary shipping day for frozen items. Orders in the Denver metro area and surrounding region ship via UPS Ground for next-day delivery. Orders beyond that area normally ship via UPS 2nd Day Air. Tuesday and Wednesday shipping is available by special request.We do not ship frozen items on Thursday or Friday to prevent delays over the weekend.

Packaging We do not use dry ice or styrofoam. Our frozen products ship in recyclable cellulose insulation, with gel packs added as needed to maintain proper temperature during transit. Depending on conditions, gel packs may not be necessary.

Non-Frozen Products All non-frozen products (summer sausage, snack sticks, jerky, and tallow balm) ship via UPS Ground.

Local Delivery Customers in the Northern Colorado area, including Loveland, Windsor, Fort Collins, and Cheyenne, WY, are normally served by direct delivery from us.

Return Policy:

Because we ship fresh-frozen Primal Bison, some thawing may occur during transit. The USDA considers meat safe to consume or refreeze as long as it has not exceeded 41°F. If your order feels cold to the touch upon arrival, it's safe to cook or refreeze.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once they have been fulfilled. If you need to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, please email support@healthyamericangoods.com as soon as possible.
