2 Year Return Policy: As a small family business, we sweat the small stuff to make sure you are happy with our products. All of our products ship to you for free. Sleep on them, wash them, live with them. If for any reason you aren't fully satisfied, you may return them for up to 2 years (defined by the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carriers tracking number) and receive a refund. Please note if you have paid with Affirm any refund will not include interest paid on the loan up until the refund date.  

Return Cost: We will provide you a prepaid return label at the time you request a return. A $9.95 handling fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  If you are outside of the United States the handling and return shipping will be adjusted higher and emailed to you. 

There will be no handling and return shipping fee on items that were shipped incorrectly by our factory.

Irregular products, Renewed products and Mattress toppers are final sale and are ineligible for a return or exchange.

Our products are made with natural materials and are subject to wear based on usage, care and environment. Products must have been used as intended and cannot show signs of physical abuse such as stains, tears or cuts. After the 2-year period we cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.

Upon Receipt of Your Goodies: Please inspect your purchase upon receipt, before laundering, and notify us of any damages, size discrepancies or errors. If we have made a mistake, we will make it right, right away. 

Refunds: Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment within 48 hours from when we receive the package back at our warehouse.  It may take 3 to 5 business days (or longer depending on the payment method used) for the refund to appear on the original form of payment. 

Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right, in our sole and exclusive discretion, to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy, for any or no reason, with or without notice to you. The foregoing will become effective as of the date of posting.
