How to use

For best results, start low and go slow.

Each drop of Meraki Blu contains ~0.25 mg of Methylene Blue.

Beginners should start with 1–3 drops daily and gradually increase if well tolerated.

Typical daily use ranges from 5–15 mg depending on personal goals.

Tips for Best Experience
- Always mix with water or juice to reduce staining.
- Use a straw or glass container if preferred.
- Take in the morning or early afternoon to avoid sleep disruption.

For long-term use, cycle: 4 weeks on / 1 week off, or 5 days on / 2 days off to maintain effectiveness and prevent tolerance.
