Return Policy: At Revive Homestead, we put great care into creating safe, natural products for your family. Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

For unopened, unused items in their original packaging, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal-care products, we cannot accept returns once items have been opened or used.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.

Refunds- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

- Sale or clearance items
