How to use

Use pouch to refill your glass 4oz Magnesium Oil spray bottle twice!

Start by applying 4-5 sprays on your torso, legs, or feet. Gently massage into the skin.

1 spray = 30mg.

Recommended dose: 350 - 360 mg/day for pregnant folks aged 19 and older. 310 - 320 mg/day if you are not pregnant.

Please note: For topical use only. Avoid application on broken or freshly shaven skin.
