- Grass-Fed Ghee Butter - Our ghee starts with butter from grass-fed cows raised on small, sustainable farms with average herds of 35 cows. The butter is slow-cooked to remove milk solids, resulting in a rich, golden ghee that's high in essential nutrients, easier to digest, and perfect for baking. The result? - Fresh Rosemary - We only use fresh rosemary leaves—not dried—to gently infuse our granola.
