Dickinson Salt-Works – seventh generation salt makers who harvest a rare salt from deep below the majestic Appalachian mountains of West Virginia. Their salt making is a unique and innovative process, completed by hand without the use of big machinery and chemicals.
When you blend their pristine salt into our ghee, along with some medium ground black pepper of your choice, you have a most versatile finishing butter!
Use it wherever you use butter, salt and pepper. It’s that simple! Butter noodles; melt into potatoes; cook eggs; slather on poultry, seafood or veggies. And don’t forget to use it on your popcorn!
Each tin makes 20 servings. You add your own cracked pepper!
