Lavender & Lemon is a bright yet grounding blend that brings peace to your space while gently awakening your senses, combining Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender Essential Oil)—rich in linalool and linalyl acetate for a calm atmosphere and clean, softly floral note—with Citrus limon (Lemon Essential Oil), high in limonene and valued for helping lift and break up oily residue while adding a bright, uplifting scent.

Pure essential oils • hand selected by us from small farms all around the world.

Get Started | Mix up to 6 ounces of Floor Cleaner Concentrate per 1 gallon of warm water. 

Tips | One full pump from our Gallon & Half Gallon Measuring Pumps equals ~1 ounce. This is designed so you only have to mop your floors once. If you find there are too many bubbles left after mopping, you may want to reduce the amount of concentrate in your mixture.

Recommended surfaces: Non-porous hard surfaces and sealed floors such as linoleum, laminate, hard-wood, tile, porcelain, ceramic, epoxy, resin, granite, concrete, wax and no wax floors.

Not Recommended surfaces: Un-sealed wood, carpets, rugs, or fibrous surfaces.

How to use

Mix up 4 to 6 ounces
of Floor Cleaner Concentrate
per 1 gallon of warm water

After cleaning, you may experience a subtle, pleasant scent that fades quickly. This is due to the naturally-derived cleaning agents in our formula.

Ingredients

High-Purity Water • charcoal-filtered, reverse osmosis, UV-sanitized

Coco-Glucoside • A plant-derived, biodegradable surfactant. It is mild and safe for sensitive skin.

Caprylyl Capryl Glucoside • A biodegradable plant-based surfactant with mild chemistry and sensitive skin compatibility.

Alcohol (Ethyl) • Speeds drying.

Sodium Gluconate • Mineral based. Helps grab and remove metals.

Sodium Citrate

Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol• preservatives used sparingly, prevents bacteria from growing in container)

Citric Acid • Plant-based. Neutralizes PH.

Pure essential oils • hand selected by us from small farms all around the world.

Phthalate-free fragrance oils • aromatic compounds made of GRAS safe synthetics. Certified free of the 624 carcinogens and 323 reproductive/developmental toxins listed under the Prop 65 act.

Free Shipping on US orders over $75+

Return Policy: We want our customers to be happy. Products that are no longer wanted may be returned in new, unopened condition within 30 days of receipt.

When returning items, please clearly write your order number on the outside of the box. If you have the original packing slip, please include it inside the box so we can quickly associate the return with your account.

Return Cost: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item is received, it will be inspected. Upon approval, a refund will be issued for the product price, minus the original shipping cost and a 5% restocking/processing fee to cover credit card transaction fees.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded
The following items cannot be returned and do not qualify for a refund:

  • Custom Scented
  • Clearance
  • Samples
  • Close The Loop
  • Bar Soap
  • Lotion Bars
  • Holiday Scents that are out of season

If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If it is lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Having tracking or insurance greatly facilitates the claim process.

Please allow 1–2 business weeks for your return to reach us. Using a carrier with tracking and insurance is the safest way to ensure your return is received and protected.

Refunding | Canceling Orders: If you would like to cancel or request a refund for an order before it has shipped, contact customer care. We will provide a full refund minus 3%, which is retained to cover the cost of our payment processing provider’s service fee.

Damages | Missing | Wrong Items: Please get in touch with us and have these items in your email:

  • Please contact us using the email that is associated with your account so we can quickly pull up your information and assess your order.
  • Order # (this is different than a confirmation number.)
  • Item(s) that are damaged, missing, or wrong
  • Pictures of wrong or damaged item(s), including packing material and the damaged item(s). This helps us when we file a claim with the carrier.
