Description

The First-Class Telescoping flagpole was designed for both residential and light commercial users. This heavy-duty flagpole is the longest-lasting and easiest to install telescoping flagpole. With an easy locking system, the user can raise and lower the flagpole quickly. Your flag(s) will be flying freely with the Swivel ring attachments.

This flagpole is not designed to withstand high winds while flying a flag. Your flagpole should be lowered or removed for storage in event of extreme weather conditions.

Free Shipping: Free shipping on all US orders over $99 (excluding freight orders)

Shipping Method: Whenever size and weight permit we ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Oversized items may incur additional shipping charges as per carrier. Large and heavier items such as banner hardware or one piece flagpoles ship via motor freight. Call for precise freight quote. In stock items usually ships within 48 hours. 

Flagpole shipments will take approximately 2-6 weeks. If you have in-hands date before 6 weeks, you must specify at the time of order and we will see if we can meet your in-hands date. If merchandise is delivered showing sign of freight damage, refuse the shipment and contact Customer Service with three (3) business days. We will promptly reship your order and file a freight claim for the damages. If a visually damaged shipment is accepted and the damage later claimed, the responsibility for filing the claim may be that of the customer.

Return Policy: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Cost: We do not offer free returns. If you would like to return a purchase that has no defects, then you will be held liable to pay for the return shipping charges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and be within the guidelines listed below. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Products that shipped via freight can not be canceled. If canceled while product is in mid shipment or after receiving, then the customer is held liable to cover all freight and shipping costs there and to return the product.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged freight shipments (flagpoles Christmas, ect.) must be rejected, and notify us of the issue immediately. 

Non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Damaged freight deliveries that are received and not notated for damage are not eligible for any return, exchange or any compensation.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

For orders that have already been charged on a debit or credit card, if you change your mind after the fact, please be aware that a 3% card charge fee will be applied to the refund. Additionally, if the order is custom and has already been approved and is in production, no refunds will be available.
