The best part is, it doesn't contain alcohol, which can dry and irritate sensitive skin. It is great to use before or after applying make-up.

How to use

Toner should always be applied to a cleansed face. Apply to a cotton ball or cotton pad and gently wipe over the face. Avoid getting into the eyes and mouth. For the best results, use morning and night.
