How to use

For Heat Therapy: Warm in the microwave for 30-second increments until you reach the desired temperature. Limit heating to no more than 30 seconds for the eye mask and 90 seconds for the neck wrap. Always check the pack's temperature before application.

For Cold Therapy: Keep in the freezer until you're ready to enjoy a cooling sensation.

Domestic Shipping: Purchased items will ship from our Austin, Texas location within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via UPS Ground. After leaving our shop, your order will typically arrive within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping: Slow North ships orders to all 50 states in the United States, U.S Territories, and Canada. Shipping methods and fees will be indicated at check-out. We are not responsible for import duty charges that may incur at customs.
