FOR HEAT THERAPY: Warm the eye mask in the microwave for 30 seconds. Always check the temperature before applying it to your skin.

FOR COLD THERAPY: Store in the freezer and use as a cold compress when needed.

Domestic Shipping: Purchased items will ship from our Austin, Texas location within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via UPS Ground.
