What’s inside
- Cranberry Apple Cider Vinegar — 250 ml. Co-fermented with Cape Cod cranberries; tangy with a hint of cranberry and gentle sweetness. Min acidity 4%.
- Quince & Chardonnay Wine Vinegar — 250 ml. Slow fermented. Aged in oak barrels; Bright with earthy, caramel notes. Just a touch of sweetness. Min acidity 5%.
- Porter Beer Malt Vinegar — 250 ml. Massachusetts porter base; richer than standard malt with a smooth, warm malty finish. Min acidity 4%.
- American Barrel California Sherry Vinegar — 8.5 oz. Classic sherry vinegar with a nutty, acid-balancing note. Min acidity 6.5%.
