Essential oil candles have a very light scent when burned and can not be compared with a traditional fragrance candle. Please do not expect it to fill a room with scent. Our candles are ideal for individuals with sensitivities to fragrances and chemicals, those seeking to steer clear of potential toxins, and those yearning for the traditional candle ambiance with a more subtle scent.

Our 9 oz fl jar has a net weight of 7.49 oz, and a burn time of 35-40 hours.

Properly burning your candle for the first time is crucial: Ensure that the melted wax reaches the edge of the container by allowing it to burn for approximately 2 to 3+ hours. This simple step sets the foundation for an optimal candle-burning experience.

30-Day Refund & Exchange Policy: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Here’s how we make it simple for you:

Refunds: We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You can request a refund within the 30-day period based on the following conditions:

  1. Unburned Products: If your product has not been used (burned or melted), we will issue a full refund—no strings attached! 
  2. Burned Products: If your product has been partially burned (less than 25% burned or one wax melt puck), a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and processing. We will not accept returns and exchanges of candles burned more than 25%, or Wax Melts with more than one puck melted.

We offer a one year guarantee against any defects that affect the burn of your candle! Your date of order starts your one year guarantee. Please email a photo of your defective candle, clearly showing your wick.

Shipping Policy:

HEAT PRECAUTIONS: Protect your order from Heat: Because we do not use any stabilizers or preservatives in our candles, they do not do well in excess heat. We take as many precautions as possible to ensure your order arrives in tip-top shape in the warmest of weather, and ship with ice packs to areas experiencing hot weather. Please note the ice packs only protect the candles for approximately 24 - 48 hours. If you are experiencing warm weather where you live, please keep an eye on your tracking number. We highly recommend being home for delivery, or taking your package into a climate controlled area as soon as possible after delivery. 

If your candle has perspired or even melted during shipping, it will firm up again when exposed to a climate controlled environment.

If your area is experiencing extreme heat, we may not ship your order at the end of the week to ensure the package avoids additional transit time over the weekend. We may also delay shipping if the temperature in our area is above 90 for an extended period of time.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: Most orders ship within 2 business days, but we ask you please allow us up to 3 - 5 business days to ship your order. In our peak holiday season (October through December) orders may have extended processing times of up to 7 business days.

Order processing time is the time between when an order is placed by a customer and when the order is fulfilled by the business. Orders that require shipping are considered fulfilled when the business gives the shipment to a shipping carrier for delivery. These processing times do not include the amount of time your package will be in transit with the shipping carrier.

We may not be able to modify an order once it is placed. Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: We only ship to the United States and Canada, via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. Some carriers may require a phone number for select services.

At this time we are shipping to select APO or FPO military addresses. Some regions are too far away that the items are compromised in shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment, and we appreciate your service!

SHIPPING COSTS: We understand that no one likes to pay for shipping! This is why we always offer free shipping for orders $70 and over shipping to the contiguous United States! This is basically a sale all the time!

Candles are heavy items, and we ship all items with ice packs in the summer. If you live in an extremely warm climate, we will ship with an ice pack year round! The shipping charge helps us make sure we can get our candles to you in tip top shape! Please be assured that we monitor shipping carrier rates and regularly evaluate shipping options to try to secure the best rates available to us.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: Due to shipping regulations, some of our Essentials collection and our matches only ship to the continental United States via ground services. We can not ship flammable items via expedited services.
