How to use

Cactus Milk Bath - Add directly to warm running water and slip into the tub immediately to enjoy the soothing experience.

Prickly Pear Elixir - As little as 2-3 drops goes a very long way! Gently apply a few drops under the eye using your ring finger, or use a full pump on a clean mist-dampened face 1-2 times a day.

Masa Nopal Polish - Scoop out about a quarter-sized amount with a spoon (this helps reduce bacteria being introduced to the polish) and rub over a wet face in small circular motions. Leave it on for about 5 minutes as a mask. Rinse and pat dry.

Shipping Policy:

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.
Orders do not ship the same day they are placed.
Once your package is with USPS, most orders ship via Priority Mail (2–3 business days).

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS scans your package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.
If a package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, it often arrives within 3–4 days.
If it does not, please contact us. We’ll provide the information you need to file a claim with USPS.
Please note, without shipping protection, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

Your country may charge customs or import fees, which are not included in your order total.
Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these fees for you—they are your responsibility.

Return Policy: We want you to love your Urb Apothecary products. If something doesn’t work out:

Returns/Exchanges: We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unopened or unused products.Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
Refunds: We cannot refund purchases simply because a product wasn’t to your taste or expectations. Many products are available in tester sizes; if not, we can often provide one upon request so you can try before committing.
Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations once placed.
Return Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
