Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once USPS scans your package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.
  • If a package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, it often arrives within 3–4 days.
  • If it does not, please contact us. We’ll provide the information you need to file a claim with USPS.
  • Please note, without shipping protection, we cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping

  • Your country may charge customs or import fees, which are not included in your order total.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these fees for you—they are your responsibility.

Return Policy: We want you to love your Urb Apothecary products. If something doesn’t work out:

  • Returns/Exchanges: We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unopened or unused products.Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
  • Refunds: We cannot refund purchases simply because a product wasn’t to your taste or expectations. Many products are available in tester sizes; if not, we can often provide one upon request so you can try before committing.
  • Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations once placed.
  • Return Conditions: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
