Shipping Policy: It is our goal to get your maple goodies into your hands as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on weekdays will ship the same day, while orders placed after 10:00 A.M. will ship on the next business day. Exceptions to this commitment are orders that require additional preparation such as wedding favors, special orders and wholesale orders. Orders placed during peak shopping periods, such as during holiday sales or during special promotions, may require additional processing time.

Return Policy: We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. We will issue a refund or exchange after the receipt of all opened and unopened items that you wish to return.

Exchanges are processed upon receipt of returned product and/or refunds issued within 7-10 business days.

Return Costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer. In the event of a replacement we will cover shipping charges on the replacement. In the event of a refund we will refund your total order amount minus the original shipping charge.

If we made an error and shipped you the wrong items, we will of course cover both return and re-ship costs to quickly get you the products you actually ordered.
