Seller's Policy

Average shipping costs: $8 flat shipping on US orders.

Free Shipping: Free shipping on all US orders over $65.

Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and package size. Shipping rates will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and selected carrier.
  • Order shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. The Gourmet Granola is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us or contact your local post office directly, and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Additional Shipping Fees
The Gourmet Granola reserves the right to apply special shipping or handling fees for oversized, bulk, or special orders. If applicable, these fees will be clearly communicated, and by placing your order, you agree to pay all associated shipping costs.

Returns: As a food company, our products are non-returnable unless you receive a damaged or defective product. While we hope this is never the case, if this does happen, please send us a photo of the issue along with your order number. We’d be happy to send you a replacement and refund.
