Shipping: After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days from the time you place your order to the time it ships. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if an item is pre-order or backorder.

Canada: At this time, we are no longer shipping directly to Canada. Due to the high cost of international shipping, including taxes, duties, and unexpected brokerage fees, we've found it often leads to confusion and frustrating customer experiences.

Return Policy: Returns on eligible items are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Return Cost: If you choose to print a pre-paid shipping label the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for a refund. Refunds do not include any shipping charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Sale items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
