How to use

Heat Therapy Instructions: Warm your pack in the microwave in 30-second increments until you reach the desired temperature. For eye masks, limit heating to 30 seconds, and for neck wraps, to 90 seconds. Always check the temperature before application to ensure safety.

Cold Therapy Instructions: For a refreshing cold therapy session, store your pack in the freezer and use it as needed for cooling relief.
