Orders are processed and dropped off to the shipping carrier within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping delivery time is 3-5 business days. We also offer Express Shipping for orders that are time sensitive, such as gifts. These are shipped through FedEx or UPS for a delivery time of 1-2 business days.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery window). We will gladly offer a replacement or refund. PROV 31 is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our products are used on the body and in the home, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for safety and hygiene reasons. This ensures every product we send out are fresh, clean, and uncompromised.
